This page explains what happens to your data when you leave your email address on tiwanaku.games. It is short because we collect very little.
Tiwanaku is a trade name of Macareux BV, which is the controller of your data under the General Data Protection Regulation.
Only the email address you enter yourself. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, we do not build a profile, and we do not buy or enrich data from other sources.
Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP addresses in its logs, as any web server does. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
We use your address for one purpose: to send you a message when there is something to see. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
We will not use your address for anything else, and we will never sell it or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Two kinds of service providers process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:
Some of these providers may store data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Until you unsubscribe, or until the project ends and the announcement has been sent. Every message we send contains an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, your address is deleted.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and contains no tracking pixels. That is why you were not asked to accept anything.
The site does load a font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server and your IP address is visible to it. If you would rather avoid that, a browser extension that blocks third-party requests will stop it without breaking the page.

If you think we handle your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
If this statement changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in the message we send you. The date at the top always shows the current version.
